Rehabilitative Care and Stroke Regional Programs

One of our first efforts is to develop regional rehabilitative care and stroke regional programs within Waterloo Region and Wellington County.

This is part of the Waterloo Wellington Regional Rehabilitative Care Program initiative sponsored by St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph. It follows reviews conducted on behalf of the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN).  For more information please click here.

As part of the development of the regional stroke program, we've prepared a business case to support improving and bringing together acute and in-patient rehabilitative care stroke services.
